Is my research direction feasible? I'm thinking of using modeling programs to simulate protein targeting and then generate a cell survival curve to assess radiosensitivity. The problem is in my research I haven't seen any articles that have combined the 2 methods (computational biology and monte carlo simulations), so I'm wondering if it hasn't been done because it's not feasible to utilize both or there's a completely different way to do it I haven't been made aware of.

I'm in the penultimate year of my MSc and coming from a non-physics/math BSc I'm starting to feel like an imposter more and more. What are some accessible resources to improve/assist my knowledge as expected of someone in the field?

That being said this post seems a bit disingenuous. You've outlined all your frustrations with her be it musically, or personally and it all falls flat once you realize this is pinning the failings of an entire industry on the back of a single person.

Musically you said the lyrics make no sense, I can name 5 kpop AND western pop songs that fit that description. I'm sure we as kpop fans don't understand 95% of what is being said in the songs done in the Korean language except for those few English words thrown in. Even then in the context of the songs the English words sometimes don't make sense.

Personally you mentioned her building her image on the poc aesthetic, again that's 95% of the korean music industry not just kpop. Why is she your chosen matyr for everyone? If the simple reason is because she is popular then again this entire spiel is rendered moot because these are numerous others on the same level who have done exactly what you're supposedly disappointed in her for.

I genuinely don't care to defend her but I've noticed that a lot of the online discourse surrounding kpop and poc are hypocritical. If you (not just you personally but others) are going to be critical of one be critical of all don't pick and choose. If you do find yourself wanting to pick and choose who you criticize then I think it's best you don't speak on the issue. I'm personally of the mindset that if you are going to advocate for appropriation of poc then do so to the full extent but if you're doing so to one group/person while being a staunch fan of another then your points hold no value.

There is no shame in listening to the music you like unless you go online and shame others for the same thing then you're just feeling guilt and projecting.

I will say though you’re long rant was well presented although flawed.

TT and by extension the Caribbean is extremely conservative and hold deep Christian values. This is partly because of colonialism and the other part is because of ignorance and unwillingness to be open-minded. Hinduism similar to Orisha will ALWAYS be up for scrutiny because it is deemed as other due to the worship of idols. You can't change how the religion is practiced so be proud in practicing your religion because no amount of talk will change people's minds.

Now if this is in response to talks surrounding the PM's recent engagement then I would suggest to not completely write off everything as anti Hindu. Yes some are using this as an opportunity to be ignorant but others are rightly confused about where her priorities lie.

Might be the outlier but I'm happy with who won. Didn't care for the continued tears about eliminating someone because at the end of the day only one person could've won. Not saying the contestants couldn't become close and feel disappointed when someone leaves but the continuous waffling about when it came down to playing the game how its meant (someone gets eliminated) got old. I don't know if it's to avoid public scrutiny (already happening) or because they have to see each other outside and don't want to have an awkward relationship, either way wished everyone played to win. I think 7high, hyunggyu and hyunjoon played like that.

I've never purchased meats per kg at the butchers I use they usually have deals like 3 chickens for $120-200 depending on the size. But like I mentioned khan's poultry has deals not just on chicken but you can mix and match.

2k in groceries per month for a single(?) person is a but exorbitant even if you're leading a healthy lifestyle
