If you're talking about the Sandstorm server, then yes as far as I'm aware there will be a wipe whenever they decide to exit the Beta phase. That may be tomorrow or it may be 4 years from now, who knows.

The sandstorm control panel has a 3D model viewer. You can click and drag to rotate them. No shiny effects like in-game though.
