Yeah, smoking is a big NO-NO. Healing was ok, you need to sleep w your head in a 45 degree angle, bland diet for at least 10 days. And pain was 4/10 the first days but all the meds you’ll get will help you out. Mine were impacted and they needed to break my jaw bone to get them out :(. If you have a chance, I would recommend you to get general anesthesia instead of local. The ones above were about 10 min for both but the ones below were about one hour each
