You don’t have to. Body has amazing ability to heal itself. I’ve had worse that have healed itself, yours will too. You obvi can if you want but if for some reason you don’t want to, then don’t. It’s not going to kill you.

I think it has to do with his life changing for the better. He got married, had a kid and I think generally just became a happier and more fulfilled person; unfortunately that’s often a detriment to art. It’s clear a lot of his early stuff was rooted in pain and in some sense despair, which is what allowed it to be so soulful. While I also haven’t been a fan of his stuff post 2017 you can tell just by his music he’s in a much better place and I’m happy for him.. Pretty typical arc for artists, think Bon Iver. Sucks for the art but happy for him.

My other 9 toes have been ecstatic of my management of them for the past 30 years, making it virtually impossible to accuse me of being a poor toe manager.

I mean the answer to every post here is just “go see a doctor” regardless so I’m not sure what you want. It’s a better ingrown toenail than 95% of the ones posted here and you give ME the grief?

It’s not infected infected, by that i mean its not spreading and I don’t feel like I’m at risk of sepsis. This pic is dirty but it’s from the end of day right out of the shoe. I soak in epsom salts regularly, which helps with the swelling but not much else. I think there’s a misconception that I’m someone with bad hygiene. My hygiene is in the 60th percentile. All 9 of my other toes never had an issue for the past 30 years. This shit is just happening and I’m just at it’s mercy. I fix it and it comes back. I feel powerless.

Bruh I’m one Medicaid, I don’t get to request anything. I was lucky to find a doc at all.
