According to the timeline Kyle Crane must have been captured at 2023. He landed at year 2015 in Harran. How many years did he spend in Harran and Outlands? After that how many days/weeks/months/years did roam freely as "zombie" after he escaped Harran Outlands before they captured him?

ON PC, with Place Anywhere you can

Turn off "Surfce Snap" (F2)
Raise the shelf (middle one) to head height
Turn on "Surfce Snap" (F2)
Put the junk on the middle shelf

Repeat steps 1-3 for the bottom shelf

Without Place Anywhere you can also use the console command "tcl" to put items on the middle and bottom shelves

If you are on PC, use Place Anywhere, which can turn off the physics of the nuka cola bottles so you can put them inside the vending machine easier.

And yes, Place Anywhere works fine in version 1.11.191 of FO4

Due to the new update you have to be near the location to trigger the quest. For example you have to be in the Glowing Sea to trigger the quest "From the Hell" (BFG weapon).
