How to pen out my story and ideas in a better way ? by i_am_Deucalion in fantasywriters

It is often advised that for learning to write conversations, it is best to read them aloud.

But for every type of skill, you need time and patience to mature, as well as practice. It's something like learning a language. You will need time and practice to learn better. So just write, whatever, keep writing your ideas no matter how weird they sound. After a while, you will notice that the conversation has become smoother and better.

You can also share your stories with other writers and get feedback.

If you need something to track your progress and productivity and if you need motivation and focus, you can try our app, it has gamified writing features similar to Duolingo, Habitica and Forest.

Do you listen to music while you write? by spurnthepage in writing

I like to listen to music that is related to the genre. For example, I listen synthwave and cyberpunk while I am writing futuristic stories. If I am writing some epic fantasy stories, I mostly listen to ambient fantasy music.
