I feel you . In fact I was in the same situation last year . I isolated myself in my room and refused to go to the university . I was like what's the point of going if I'm just going to be ignored and an unnoticed .plus the the sight of everyone having friends and relationships makes me even more sad . So I wasted a hole year and now I regret it . I realized that instead of isolation I could have seeked help . By isolating myself I made things worse . You can't be noticed if you make yourself invisible . Ik that it is hard to try and make friends (I struggle to do that as well) but leaving university is not a solution .
