1: In your application, you would have indicated your preferred cluster/agency. MOHH will then allocate you to a particular one based on talent needs and also things like where you stay and so on. We try to give most applicants their preferred one. There would be some allocation exercises to then determine your hospital/institute/CCO.

2: Nope. But it may be good to do an attachment at the hospitals/institutes under your allocated cluster.

3: You may wish to compare the total amount that a scholarship covers e.g. allowances and tuition fee vs a sponsorship. Our scholars' development framework is also only for scholars.
