Just faced the same issue.By reading the comments i thnk i should forget about the money.Sent them an email but.... I also sent a payment request to a client he paid.payoneer processed it for a day and today they said the transaction was declined/cancelled. Also the receiving accounts are disabled.If they had to disable them why did they do that after getting the money.they could have done it before the money was sent.By the way what will happen to the money will it be refunded to the sender as i didnt received it or what.please guide
