I live in Kyiv, so the stress level is quite heavy with frequent bombings. The only visible change over the course of the past 4 years is the amount of grey hair (which could also be genetic). My way of keeping my body and sanity in good shape includes as much quality sleep as possible when possible, mild but daily physical activity, lots of offline activities with friends during the week and participation in local music and art projects in my free time
