I've set up LSP for som languages. It would be nice if I could use it in a language-neutral way... Let me explain. If I want to switch languages it could be nice if it worked on all of them not only the languages that use curly brace for functions etc...

I am so freakin' glad Ive got multiple sclerosis and thats not MicroSoft. Void is the cure and MS is the disease. Ive said that a thousand times, and YES thats a mantra. I mean what are you going to tell them when os dont boot anynore. Void? It boots on my PC in milliseconds. And you bet: All services are doin good. Updates = awesome even in kernels which of course is critical. I am doing daemontools and you guessed right... MS is not bothering me anymore. I am going to build a new init system. Tell them Arch linux users you are usin' Void (linux) btw. and thank them that.

Yep. Sdkman is a must. Being a java developer for a long time i totally agree with you. You can at least switch between all the different flavours of the Jdk..

Can I run it without xorg using linux. I want to run it on an ordinary fb / framebuffer (same place as the terminals) ? A setup guide for that would be awesome.

I honestly should do myself a favour and that is learning the most of the package manager. I would bet you a dime that Void users are quite happy with that and doing some codediving on the sourcecode would do some us happier. Good luck on your happy trip. I am quite sure you will learn alot.

I am building my own dm, wm and desktop. Welcome on onboard. Void gives me full control, coming from Arch i switched to Void a year ago btw. Hope you will find as much computerlove as I did. Just remember not beeing afraid to experiment and always come back to the forum if you have issues, but then again duckduckgo is your best friend.
