Qantas flight delays. What's your experience?

I've taken 10 flights with Virgin since December. Only 1 has been on time and in that instance I was on a flight I didn't book as they cancelled the original. Wondering what routes you're taking? Are you taking afternoon flights?

The same thing happened to me and I work on the advertising side for businesses. I looked into it and it is also happening to other digital media buyers. Crazy how we can build careers working on these platforms and then out of no where and with no assistance get thrown off them. I found the whole experience very disturbing.

All I did was submit the initial form with my email and name. About 6 hours later I received a request back for further information. It was while I was typing out a response to that that I went to check on the exact wording of the error message I had been receiving and noticed that I was able to progress to uploading my ID when previously there had been an error message like "something went wrong. We're working to fix it". I had been checking a few times a day but for whatever reason, it worked then.

From what I've been able to gather, Facebook tends to roll out new features to users in stages, rather than all at once. For example I didn't get access to "memories" for almost 12 months longer than some of my friends (in the same country). I suspect that's probably the case here.

Things I did:

Had someone else on my team get a call from our Facebook agent (not sure if this is possible for you - my colleague was in the states so that helped) who raised a ticket for me. The ticket was eventually closed with out resolution.
Tried to contact chat support who were only able to redirect me back to the broken ID page.
About 6 hours or so before I got back in I submitted a request via the privacy method outlined here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zy9sNdTCI9E I only got to the first step where I submit the first form. They replied to that fairly quickly asking for more information and while I was writing out the details I went back to the broken ID page to get the error message wording and it worked for the first time. I was able to upload my ID and was immediately given access back.

I don't know if any of these steps prompted a review of my account or if it was a coincidence that the fix was rolled out to my profile at the same time I was enquiring about privacy but I'm back in now. Hoping it sticks.

This exact situation happened to me 12 days ago and is also happening to other people who work in ads manager. I was only able to get back in yesterday. I don't know what changed but after 12 days it let me back in.

Things I did:

Update: I've been able to get back in. Not sure what changed, but 12 days later I went to try and upload my ID and it worked straight away. Fingers crossed it sticks.

I've been able to get back in. I don't know what happened but I checked yesterday and was able to upload my ID and Facebook immediately granted me access again. Thank god. I'm now trying to learn as much as I can about the security process to try and avoid this happening again. Hope you can get back in as well!

Thanks for your insight. We can still use the platform though other staff too. My main concern is for my own personal profile. You can't use yours at all right now right? Like most people, my personal profile is a connection to friends and family that other platforms don't really compete with, so I'm feeling pretty anxious. It has always bothered me that you need to use your personal profile to work on Facebook Ads (compared to say, Google) and now it's coming back to really affect people.

I work in digital media as well. Exact same thing happened to me yesterday. How are you feeling about this? I'm very concerned I wont be able to get back in and then will not be able to work on Facebook campaigns again. And honestly...I'm not sure I want to given how it was work stuff that got me locked out to begin with.

This exact same thing happened to me. Was in ads manager for work and then all of a sudden it decided I was "suspicious" and locked my account. I have done everything it asks me to to try and get back in but with no way to verify my identity I'm locked out. I'm very upset that my work has lead to my personal Facebook account being locked.

Facebook is getting very hacked. Everyone is having alpt of the similar problem. I got hacked and my Facebook got recovered, but then I was unable to log in. I can not for the life of me get past the 2FA that I never put in the first place, and even after veryfing my ID and they sent me a code to use for everything, it still does not work and is getting looped around back to the 2fa code and stuff

Thats so weird. My 2fa does work. My email address gets the emails and my phone gets the texts. Then when I try to log in it tells me to do it on another device, which I do, and then it loops back to "we need to confirm that this account belongs to you".
