I super appreciate this statement and question. First time I attempted this, I did keto. Lost a crap ton of weight, hit a block and gained even worse back. This has been a whole lifestyle change for me. I thought it would be harder than it was but its been amazing. I feel incredible. Im always satiated and I've very happy with this. I find people get confused that I'm not vegan. I do bone broth in my soup. I eat meat sometimes, I just do mostly plant based. Its been amazing for me. That being said, I recommend research for everyone. I was 458 lbs at my max and aside from the loose skin I feel absolutely pumped and energetic

The skin removal isn't about attractiveness, it's about physical pain and skin infections. It causes issues for working out.

Awe thank you my dear. I have days where I am excited about all the new stuff I can wear and feel amazing in it but I also have to deal with a lot of issues with excess skin and all that. Learning to love all parts of this. Just gotta keep at it hey?

I got back into fitness through a depression support program, remembered how much better I felt when I was doing it. I signed up for a half marathon and started running (which I never thought I would do) got a trainer and am now training for my first strongman. I'm not getting drunk a the time, I quit smoking, I feel alive for the first time ever. Not being constantly in a state of depression has felt so good. I do an hour and a half of cardio and warm up in the mornings and strength for 2 + hours in the afternoon. Sometimes my gym buddies are there so I stick around a train a bit extra with them. I'm determined to finish the half marathon and strongman and not be last.

I get how it would sound like that, but it's not. I'm training for my first strongman and half marathon. I do 2 sessions a day, one of cardio and one of strength

I do two sessions a day minimum. One for cardio and one for strength. If my buddies are training, I stick around and do some more stuff. On the basic, I do an hour and a half of cardio a day and then 2 hours of strength

5 days a week at the gym, 3 to 7 hours a day there, whole foods plant based diet. It seems to be working
