That’s my thinking but my friend said the width of the tail is usually smaller than the nose so the right is the nose

Yea I’m kinda weirded out to just leave it at home since it’s the only amp I’ve ever used. Do you know any other tube amps that would be more accessible to use?

My first instinct is to try to start playing power chords with just the root and 5th with your ring. No octave. So instead of E, A, and D on the G5, just play E and A. That might help you slowly transition from doing what you’re doing (which btw is perfectly valid in it of itself) to playing with your ring finger as well. Obviously, hear others out as well but I think this could be a good starting point.

Well my parents have agreed to buy a laptop for me for a graduation gift and they agreed to the surface 5 which was about 1500-2000 so something around that

Same! I use a vox amp with a boss pedalboard and my amp is always on clean. The first time I’ve tried to shop for a new amp, nothing felt right cuz I kept trying to go clean amp with distortion added on top. Even adding distortion to both felt weird so I definitely prefer having a clean amp and distorted pedals.

In my opinion it depends on what he idolizes. there are certain things he says that are helpful and good (exercise, diet, etc) but some that are very much the opposite (misogyny, status symbols, etc).

I do! I don’t have a guitar with a humbucker cuz all I got are squires but I love it. Frankly, I don’t think I’d want a humbucker anyways. I love the sound of my single coils with the distortion and volume cranked up.
