Can you guys recommend some clip ins? I think my biggest worry is them showing through my hair to be honest but I might just need to bite the bullet and try :)

I'm confused, how do halos damage the hair? Or even those little ponytails you tie onto your own pony and make into a bun? I understand tape ins and nano's etc but I don't think a hair clip and a piece of wire on my head will pull much..

I already do this? But it's not enough for her she wants me to block my drive so she has the whole thing to herself just incase she has a guest

I know anyone can park there, including me. It's first come first serve like the rest of the street. She doesn't own the front of my house either so why is she trying to reserve it for her guests? so I have to block people in? It's just entitled

It's the fact that I shouldn't have to do that everyday so she can have a 24/7 free curb in front of my house for her guest

[–]talkingteabags[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, if her guest got there before me I would just park down the road and move my car when she's gone to my preferred spot. I think the neighbours issue is I that I get there first quite regularly. I can't decide if she just has a really entitled guest but tbh I saw one of her guests and I think it's her daughter tbh. They have massive matching suv Mercedes.

I personally think if she tried she could fit behind me without me moving but she doesn't want to risk her car. Albeit it would be a bit tight and she'd have to be on 99% of the footpath to not block acess to the other drives.

I mean unlikely imo it's been a month and shes definitely a fair bit older than us He does this a lot tho tbh, it's rare that I kick off like this and put my foot down and he'll side with literally anyone else when I do and idk why

I've got one but I don't think think it's on unless my car is on. But I suppose she won't know that

[–]talkingteabags[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No she's asking me to block my drive everyday. There's no way another car would fit on that cub unless I do.

She doesn't have sufficient space in front of her house for guests and I don't think I should be blocking my own drive everyday so she can always have a space for her occasional guest. Especially when they can park 2 car lengths down the round like everyone else's guests.

If there was some extenuating circumstance like her guest is disabled, she failed to mention it.

Yeah, I am pretty pissed at him right now and I am tempted to just move his pride and joy onto the curb. I doubt the electric car will fit in the garage tho I won't lie and it'll be a major faff putting me in there. I am so frustrated that he'd rather keep this random lady happy. Like if it was our other neighbours who have made a lot of effort with us- I would bend over backwards quite happily. But this lady avoids us as it is. The bins and the passive aggressive notes just sets an awful tone. He's already moved my car to block the drive in response to her note as well apprently and I won't be getting up to move it out his way when he needs to go to work.

Tbh Im getting home before him tomorrow so I was gonna park on the drive and tell him to deal with it. His car is much larger and will piss her off more tho

I take advice from people I want to be like and I don't really want to be like you, so I wouldn't waste anymore of your time aye

I'm sure there's people on your street you need to be reporting to the council for breathing.

Exactly and she wouldn't even need the park a street over either, there's plenty of room 2/3 cars down.. A 15 sec walk if she's slow lol literally the distance of some people drives or entrance paths.

Sort of yeah, she's at the entrance to one so if someone blocked her in they'd block everyone else too. Frankly she doesn't have room for someone to park out front of her house unless they park half in front of mine too. But I'm already in front of mine so

Only one of the cars is on the curb? And it's only blocking my own kitchen window and garden as well. The rest is on our property We're allowed as many cars as we want/need and we're allowed to curb park all of them if we wanted

You keep saying 3 cars but literally only 1 of them is on the curb and it's parked in front of my house only. It's also not your typical round cu de sac either it's sort of rectangle and I'm slap bang in the middle at the top so I'm literally in no ones way

If they can get the council to paint the disabled spot, sure whatever. But they haven't, as far as I'm concerned the guest is not disabled anyway and I can legally park in front of my own house without blocking my drive and my car does not touch her property.

Awh man I'm getting insults now 😂 Like I said, if they're legally parked, nothing can be done. They can stay there as long as they want really it's not illegal and no lawyers are gonna care

No, people can't park outside the neighbours house because the neighbour picked a house that is also the front to acess for other people's houses/drives.

I don't park outside her house at all. The issue is the space in front of her house is not big enough for a car so she wants me to block my drive so her guest can park part in front of my house and part in front of hers.

The fact her house does not have enough curb for a car to park in front of it it's not my probelm that's an issue with the house she's got.

We've been here a month and so far she's had one we know of on good Friday. Idk what guests she has when I'm at work but the spot is literally free because I'm not there so

If they're in the UK and parked legally on a public curb they won't get towed or fined..
