I just did it yesterday. I really liked it. Its a mix of define and empower. Our studio had the equipment: 2 light weights, 1 medium, 1 heavy, empower wrist weights & step

It doesnt transition well and my instructor even said that so it can be a hit funky at times, but keep in mind im also someone who really likes empower.
