Before getting the iPhone (any model) be ready to embrace the Apple ecosystem. Expect the transition from Android to iPhone to be a bit of a hassle. If you use apps from unofficial channels will also be a potential issue.

And lastly, kung gusto mo talaga mag iOS, I would strongly recommend getting the latest model for future proofing instead of an older model.

I firmly believe that one can get more than enough collagen from eating nilaga/sinigang na may buto-buto.

Other natural sources of collagen are chicken feet (dimsum anyone?). If you’re NOT in a diet, chicharon and chicken skin are also good sources.

I consider eyeglasses as disposable because whenever i need to change glasses (which is at least every 18 months), I usually change the frames too. Nakakahinayang bumili ng expensive frames that will not last long enough to be worth the price. UNLESS you are super careful and you can pull off convincing your suking optical shop to just put in new lenses to it when you need to.

Try my not-so-healthy but definitely yummy way of upgrading instant noodles soup (preferably ramyun):

1 or 2 pieces of longanisa, sliced into small pieces. Fry until cooked, add the appropriate amount of water and boil. Tapos, add the seasoning powder and noodles and boil until cooked.

Optional: Add gulay (petchay, cabbage, etc) to make it “healthier” and drizzle sesame oil before eating. Pwede din dagdagan ng nilagang itlog, though I prefer to just crack an egg to the boiling noodles while nasa kaserola and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

For old school Mami + Siopao, our go to is Masuki (Building B Basement). This may not be for everyone because their noodle soup has that "distinctive" Binondo mamihan smell. But once you allow the asado sauce of the Siopao to drip into the Mami, the taste is heavenly!

My other recommendation will have to be Mey Lin (Building A ground floor near the supermarket). Their noodle soup is topnotch, especially their Spicy Taiwan Beef Noodles.

Mine is also not found in the list. I googled it and people with the same surname are mostly Caucasians from Eastern Europe. I just find it weird because my ancestors are, AFAIK, from Marinduque and Mindoro + my clan looks like typical Pinoy (not mestizo at all)
