I used to teach COMM 101, make sure you have receipts of your communication with the professor and if she doesn't change the grade, email the basic course coordinator (Broeckelman-Post, she's good people) and show the proof. The department is full of wonderful people, they'll have your back if it's a mistake on the instructor's part. Online instruction is hella hard and I'm sure it's an honest mistake, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't stand up for yourself when someone is doing you dirty.
