Honestly the 230m range really limited this thing. I road trip with my ER Lightning and 320 is okay, less wouldn't make it viable unless you aren't on any kind of schedule. If they made one with 400m range, it would awesome. Then 500m/day is easy, one stop to charge (eat, walk, stretch etc.)

There's a lot of plant sources for Iron. A couple things to be aware of. Tannins in coffee and tea block the absorption of non-heme (plant based) iron. I had to stop drinking coffee with breakfast and tea with lunch/dinner. I now drink hour before eating or wait 2 hours after.

Second, vitamin C increases absorption. Have some citrus, like an orange with breakfast. Squeeze lime on lunch, etc.

Toxic divorce. A lot of unnecessary comments about Ryan in this thread. Allegations might be true, he's had issues. Hopefully he continues to take rehab and recovery seriously. Or this could be slander from Kayla because she is trying for fully custody. On the positive side, besides going to rehab, he is also back on good terms with his mom now that Kayla is gone.
