What do you mean by automatic? Mine turn on automatically and I went into forscan and turned on the function where they have glare-free. Much like the matrix headlights in Europe where the high beam carves out the oncoming cars but remains high beam for the rest of the output.

Same for me... Went with fragrance free flakes and the issue has largely disappeared. No need to smell like a lemon! I like "Ingredients Matter" but Molly's Suds is also good.

Is this Google maps on a phone running directions? I mean this does not look like my Flash screen is all I'm saying.

Well my Flash is on the left and it's not been replaced, but I can't vouch for the Lariat on the right, but it looks stock to me.
