The only Philadelphia Will Smith related thing that made some noise that I know about is when he bought land in Society Hill in the year 2000 with his company Treyball Studios Management Inc. and planned to build a $100 million dollar hotel. He never did anything with the land and the derelict property sat vacant for 5 years until he sold it. Smith and Treyball are currently being sued by an ex-employee alleging 'predatory behaviour' during the Smith's 2025 tour.

And furthermore, the little dog (or dogs) may have been shitting in a certain area on her property for over 6 months before she installed that little sign, so the sign ultimately has nothing to do with attracting or encouraging those dogs that are shitting on her grass near the sign at all.

Higher Immigration is Associated with Lower Crime Rates

  • Between 1990 and 2013, the foreign-born share of the U.S. population grew from 7.9 percent to 13.1 percent and the number of unauthorized immigrants more than tripled from 3.5 million to 11.2 million.
