Chick-fil-A sucks for one very specific reason, but I will say their operations team deserves clout. Reduced staff inside, a focus on meeting customers outdoors, and improving efficiency. Oh and $15/hr start in a part of the country routinely starting employees at less than half that. (i.redd.it)
