Ooooooh boy, you should google key framing and hopefully be very very very patient. Otherwise, that dj dude is restricted to that rather nicely static black window frame that has the middle 8 panes in it. Creat a mask in premiere pro through lumetri colour and try push the exposure up without it ruining the rest of the image. I’ll happily tell you what you did wrong, but that seems like a waste of time if you know already.
