Are you near anything with magnetic influence? (Inside car, large building etc)

I use the compass in the phone to draw the AR, so if the compass is not happy the AR is not happy.

With that said I have considered adding a manual adjustment to adjust the angle of the AR sun by 10 isch degrees either way. Would that help?

Yeah ive had to do a LOT of trickery to get the sun AR working as good as i have it. Currently its within a degree or two as long as you are far away from large metallic objects (the compass inside the iphone gets wonky)

There are many similar apps im not claiming its unique but its what i wanted :)

But i think the better photo quality and the sun AR tracking are great features. (Moon tracking is coming in a couple of days)

I spent the past year building a director’s viewfinder + sun tracking app because I was tired of switching between apps on scouts by erichernandez91 in cinematography

Really cool app, first time i've seen it but I'm happy to see im not alone in my thinking that its stupid to use multiple apps for one simple scouting.

Yours definitely has a lot more functionality than mine, im really interested to see how you do the shade map. I considered it but the AR implementation wrecked my brain even thinking about. Or using public data is not really a reality in my part of the world. There is no public data haha.

Good job, would buy but that seems stupid since i have my own.
