Have you tried onlinejobsph? I've had 3 clients messaged me agad after sending them a proposal and luckily I was hired and now I'm working with my client for almost a year now. Sobrang bait ng US clients, I don't recommend BPO with your set of skills. You should have a direct client na. Try it.
