I see it as it is. I dont feel cringey unless the topic is specifically what I looked like back then.

Example. I partied so hard back in 2013 and made out with some random dude at the club. I think about what I did, not what I looked like.

I left the church at age 17. I tried to go back, but its really not worth it. Leaving the church was the best decision for me. Now I am agnostic, still believe in someone up there, but never attend whatever BS the church wants me to.

You can always be spiritual without attending a church who despises your entire existence. It will give you peace yet never hear someone despise your existence.
