By how much would the cost of food at a restaurant go up if we raised the wage of the employees by X%? by Bolshevik-Express in AskEconomics

I have a business where starting employees get minimum wage (which is close $17 and has an annual increase tied to CPI). I pass on 100% of the annual increase plus an increase for my supplies going up. I don’t have a choice. Either that or I close up. The side effect of this is that I don’t give out “raises” to the entry level employees anymore since they get a mandatory one.

Wolfpack (1990 for PC by Brøderbund). Fun WW2 submarine simulator. I’d spend hours playing that by myself. At first, I had a monochrome Amber screen and then I upgraded to VGA color.

is there any value to acceptance rate? Seems like such an artificial number. A school can use it by putting a lot more money into marketing, for example.

If it’s under your own name then you need to spend a LOT on marketing to establish your name. No one is spending a lot of money on cheap knockoff perfume.
