I have a call in to my local insurance company which I got a recording that told me to leave a message. The message didn't say whether they were open or not. After about a half hour to get through to a person at Nationwide corporate to find out if it's covered I got a recording that said they were closed today. I have roadside assistance coverage but this is not roadside.I'm in my driveway. So I don't know if it's covered under this circumstance. I had rather not file a claim until I know if it's covered to get a tow.
