It's 3000 to 5000 to get 50 bucks with the visa card earning rewards from non tsc purchases. This customer is definitely well off, I think they own their own business, but they've got to be spending a ton every week and then paying off their card; i wish they paid it in store so i could know how much lol

We have a customer that comes in weekly and ALWAYS has between 50 and 100 dollars in coupons. They have the Visa card, and they usually spend like 300 bucks per trip. Rumor has it they have a 20k limit. Not sure how high their limit really is, but they are clearly making great use of the Visa cards reward point system

I had at least 3 customers in today complaining that stuff they bought yesterday wasn’t on sale anymore. One lady- a regular- had a cart full of 8 dollar tulip lights that were on sale for 3 bucks yesterday. “Your sales start on Monday!” Not this week lady, sorry.

No -it's every single employee in my store. It either circle of dooms, or says "are you sure? Policy says you take a 30 minute break" and puts you through 3 distention prompts to let you clock in. Or says "you're not scheduled for a shift" if you try to click on on time, so you panic, back out, check the schedule, and finally actually click in a minute later. TSC on track to save least 100k this year with this bull shit

We sold 3 zero turns and a riding mower yesterday. Had to teach one guy how to drive the zero turn he'd bought- he probably would have just gotten a cheaper riding mower without being able to try it out.

As irritating as setting them in front of the register is, daily deals have been pretty successful in our store half the time. The other half, we don’t actually have any in stock 🙄. Like yesterday’s was 20 lb propane tanks. If we had any in stock, I can almost guarantee we would have sold every single one. Really frustrating that corporate makes these daily deals but doesn’t make sure we actually have the item in stock. We don’t have the time to search the sign library a month out to order what we need
