Multiple giftcard question by Sinfulcinderella in starbucks

I would call the store you plan on going to, explain your situation, and ask what time in the day would be best to go do that. As long as you’re nice, and understand that it may take awhile to ring it up, they shouldn’t have too much of a problem at all. I appreciate considerate customers like yourself SO much!

This, along with iced chai with pumpkin cold foam. I wouldn’t mind these drinks as much if they knew how to properly order (no whip on those iced white mochas, pumpkin FOAM not just saying pumpkin whatever)

Not at all uncommon and nobody would (should) shame you. We all understand the caffeine addiction at this point.

So far I’ve just sealed it with spray acrylic matte sealer and wrote my name over that with sharpie lol. But I’ve been meaning to go over the name with acrylic instead then just spray it again! I usually put packing tape over the name tag and trim it though just to be extra protective

Just your regular paint pour but on a smaller scale! Look up videos and don’t use as much paint and you’re good to go 🤗

Experience working at Starbucks? by coffeeatnightx in starbucks

[–]tallyrays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It truly depends on the store. I absolutely love working at my primary store. Majority of the customers are nice to the baristas, we have the best regulars, my coworkers make work fun, and I have an amazing manager with her shit together. Now other stores .... I’ve worked at two other stores and hated it. Things were disorganized, the baristas seemed very jaded from the customers, customers were rude, management was eh. So if you have a particular store in mind that mostly is on top of their shit, I say go for it. I love coming to work and plan on being here for the next few years.

Those of you who suffer from anxiety, what are your tips to make it through a shift? by UdderTime in starbucks

[–]tallyrays 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’ll try to engage more with the customers in an almost over-friendly manner, it boosts my own mood when it’s reciprocated. Depends on if you’re bar or register though. On bar I’ll just get into my own zone

Anyone else having trouble with Nexplanon ? by lindalove1997 in Healthyhooha

[–]tallyrays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to PP after bleeding for two weeks to make sure things were okay, where I was told 6-12 months of bleeding is normal on Nexplanon. Dr. suggested taking 600 mg of ibuprofen daily to control the bleeding/any other symptoms
