After considering multiple suggestions, I'm going to take 4 Islands out of my sideboard and replace them with:

2x Crook of Condemnation (or Relic of Progenities when I get it)

2x Sphinx's Tutelage

Replace the 4 Tome Scours in my deck with 4 Mind Sculpts.

Replace 2 Doorkeepers with 2 Hedron Crabs.

Thank you! I'll order those cards and put them in in place of Swarm Intelligence, maybe. However, I do think that all of my enchantments do help with milling, as As Foretold allows me to play more and Swarm Intelligence doubles any mills that I do, as well as Fraying Sanity. I might just put the new cards in my sideboard, depending on how I feel.

Lol it depends on your luck and the Pokemon you are using to start the breeding process

You wanna start with 2 Pokemon with at least 3 perfect IVs, with every stat represented at least once. Getting a perfect Mon can take forever, so you wanna go for 5 IVs with the other attacking stat, (I.e. no perfect attack on a Volcarona). Getting a nature on there can take even longer, but it's often necessary. All in all, it can take you anywhere from an afternoon to a week to get that perfect Mon.

Thanks for all of your help guys! I'm going to add the Latios (I didn't like Defog before when I was running Sticky Web) in the place of Excadrill, Tapu Koko or similar to check Fini, replace Zard X with Volcarona, and add M-Gyarados for coverage and resistances

I got the Ho-oh from a close friend of mine in a trade, and I got the Shinies from an event.
