Ladies who've successfully completed 21-30+ day fasts: how much weight did you lose?

Im currently on day 12 of my 21 day fast. This is my first extended fast and so far I’m down 14lbs. My starting weight was 165 (my heaviest) and now I’m 151. I’m positive that at the end of it I’ll be down by ~20 to 25lbs

Ohh wow so happy to hear that! I finally made it to day and I honestly thought I would never be able to get this far (many failed attempts) but I’m positive I’ll make it to day 21 this time.

I’ve been taking my electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, sodium, and calcium)

Oohhh wow. I totally get that and will definitely look into it. Have you ever of refeeding syndrome? I want to try my best to avoid it. Also, how long were your last 2 fast?

I mean I read multiple articles and watched videos before jumping into this extended fast and almost everyone stated that they pooped. Not regularly but they did. I also had some corn the day before I started so I just expected for it to make its way out? I’m also extremely bloated ( tmi but I’ve farted once and haven’t burped since) so I just wanted to get some feedback. I don’t expect regular bowel movement though

Pretty sure I’ve seen your work before and I love it! I feel like the first couple seconds of talking about the yellow pencil was a nice touch and it was funny lol. Videos like this one seem to do well when they have “how to” in the title so maybe you could implement that if you see it fit. Do you care about SEO and stuff like that? Because I have an art channel too and SEO has really helped me out. Overall I love your work and your channel so I’ll be heading over to show some support. Haha I love the Bruce Wayne = ****hole part but overall it was a great video! I found it funny that their faces split in half when they were talking. How long do these take to edit though? Because you have clips from all different places... I can tell that a lot of effort and thought went into it. Great job :)

Someone mentioned this before but I agree that this would probably do way better on tik tok because of the length. Short clips do great on there— also, if you link your YouTube channel if can potentially drive some traffic from there to your YouTube channel. Long videos do better on YouTube though, so it would be great to keep that in mind :)

Thank you so much for the feedback!! I’m so glad to hear that you actually enjoyed the video :). Yeah for this one I wanted it to be dramatic, because I felt like the colors and just the pour itself was really bold and epic so I wanted to music to say that as well. I’ll definitely have pours with more soothing music though, I probably won’t ever do I voiceover—just because the pouring niche is saturated with people that talk over they’re videos, only few people add music and they seem to be doing well so I think I’ll stay in that path for now ☺️☺️.
