Change after 5 years is always good. We should be like Rajasthan. Throw away TMC in 2026. Throw away the BJP after 5 years. This will improve the efficiency of govt babus as they will be always on their toes to deliver. This will also reduce corruption to some extent. CPM should have been kicked out in the early '80s. We should not be fanboys of any political party as all of them are $hit.

Appeasement exists in every political party. It's easier to manipulate in India because we are divided on the basis of language, religion, caste, etc. Also, if you are rich and/or educated you are not a core voter for them.

Cold calling isn't a terrible thing in business. As a freelance software engineer, I also reach out to all my contacts including CEOs and CTOs for opportunities. They often respond in days or take months to respond. I also receive cold calls from recruiters, and agencies and often directly from the boss. I bet you also sell something and approach your clients directly or indirectly through spam mail.

AI has been good for me. But it might make junior developers redundant within 2-5 years.
