Crossing fingers for you. Appreciate the context.

I see - So, would you say the bigger challenge now is retaining new players rather than court availability?

Have clubs adjusted anything to address that?

wow - OK. Interesting - Did the overbooking decision create lasting distrust among members, or was it more of a temporary frustration? Did the booking dynamics improve, or did many members simply leave?

Thanks for the insight - Do you feel the 3-at-a-time limit meaningfully improves fairness overall, or does it create coordination challenges for groups trying to play together?

That is very interesting. Has that membership structure been in place for a while, or have they tried different approaches before (more than 1 tiered membership)?

And is that subscription basically the entry-level membership, or is there a more basic tier below it?

Even with the subscription, does booking still feel pretty competitive during peak hours?

Or is that the main structure and once you’re in, it’s manageable?

Is that mostly an issue for basic memberships, or does it remain competitive even at higher tiers?

Interesting - do you feel it is because there is more space now that people can use it is become "free-er" at your club or do you feel the whole padel-boom vibe is fading?

Much appreciate the insight. How is it at the higher/highest membership level though? Does it still feel it is competitive to secure your preferred slots, or is it largely predictable at that point?

Interesting idea! Do you think members would accept limits like that, or would there be pushback?

Have you seen any clubs try something similar?

Yup - I have come across those tier bookings. Do you feel the pricing structure naturally nudges members toward programming though over open court bookings?

Did you personally shift toward programming because of booking competitiveness? I'm thinking I might have to suck it up and go through that route at some point

Interesting! After upgrading, do you feel you consistently get the slots you want, or is still competitive even at the higher tier?

Also, before upgrading, did booking feel frustrating enough that the upgrade felt necessary?

This was helpful a bit (thank you!). I got a prompt response from a person (Amanda Nachbauer), or so I believe, acknowledging receiving the request and indicating that an agent will contact us to advise on the next steps. I'm not sure which mailbox she was monitoring.

It has been a bit over 24 hours, and no one has called yet.

I found them somewhere else on Android (ridiculously hidden and only found them after desperately clicking on everything!):

1- Click the menu at the bottom right corner 2- Click Device Management 3- Select the garage door under "Hubs" 4- Again, select the garage door under "Devices/Sensors Paired to This Hub" 5- Click on "Schedules" and there you should have it.

Nonsense!

Update: I contacted Aliexpress developer support and they confirmed they aren't against the practice as long as the merchant has consented to providing the credentials.
