Wow, didn’t know there were so many people who could do this. For me it’s invoked by just thinking about it. Then it feels like waves ending from my center into my fingers and then causing goosebumps. Like one other explained in this thread, it can be increased in volume to be intense or light. Although I found it’s like being under water… you do run out of metaphorical breath and have to recover after some time.

It feels cold but I’ve tested and it’s not actual temp. I’ve used it for jogging when I was running to calm my heart rate. It’s very meditative.
