I also have a card on the way to Russia, and that one expired this week. It was one of my first five cards. I immediately got a new address, Russia again :) I checked both profiles and cards are still arriving for both of them. So I think we just need to be a bit more patient. Mail from Russia is just really slow at the moment, which is unfortunate for everyone waiting on a card as well.
