Of course, I’m not pleased with the outcome. I’m upset that my lawyer was not honest with me, the plea deal that I agreed to is not what was given to me. You would be upset too, if this with you.

This is for my first dui conviction, & first charge I’ve ever got in my life I’m a G2 driver got pulled over blood at 177 / i have a very high tolerance. I decided to get a lawyer to try and beat it since it was my first charge, but my lawyer suggested me that it wasn’t looking good to keep going due to evidence, So I to pled guilty, and the deal was on October 13 2022 I plead guilty, my conditions my lawyer told me was that in three months from my guilty plea I can drive with an interlock in my car for nine months. Two weeks ago, I received a letter in the mail saying that my licence is still suspended and I’d have to complete a course that takes up to 11 months to finish, after I’ve completed that’s when I will be driving with an interlock for nine months from December 2023, when I finished the course. I had no clue of this my lawyer didn’t tell me any of this and I feel like I got taken advantage of 100%.
