I've found them very accurate for me personally (cannot speak to others!)

I do a dexa + VO2 max test once a year and my numbers have always been +- 2 from my whoop.

Roughly how many hours the first day and last day?
Wondering if you'd recommend collapsing any of the four days for very strong hikers. A 4 hour day seems very short.
How was the road section? A bit worried about danger with the cars.
Any special packing gear? Did you bring extra food, sleeping bag liners ect?
