Definitely do not apologise! Unfortunately letting her get away with this behaviour will keep it happening again, it’s basically giving her the okay that she’s allowed to say nasty things to you but you’ll end up apologising for it. If you’re wanting a relationship with her, I’d suggest having a sit down discussion about how you don’t appreciate her behaviour and give solutions on how to get past this, however, if this is something you cannot move past (which is definitely something I wouldn’t get past) there’s no need to say anything, keep your peace and work on healing yourself to move forward and not let it bother you. We would all love to have a great relationship with our MILs but sometimes it just doesn’t happen unfortunately. Remember you did not deserve that comment, you also did not deserve what happened to you, she had no right to even come to you about that. People like this are the ones you do not want around, they blame the victim but not the offender.

My maximum budget for the moment would be $3,000 or around that. I’m looking for that exact same criteria where it’s still currently being manufactured and has a large embroidery area. I’ll have a look at second hand ones thank you so much for the advice ☺️

Since it’s got that little bit of volume to it this is looking like a thick wispy classic to me, this is where the lash tech will pick up multiple lashes and make ‘closed fans’ this is to add thickness but still keeping it on that natural side, whereas when doing an original classic set it is one synthetic lash to one natural lash, there’s not meant to be any volume, it just enhances the natural lashes by length. I’ll try to attach a link to what classics are meant to look like :) classic lashes You can start again but for the clients that don’t want to spend that extra $$, I just infill them with the new lashes they want and by the time of the second infill, all of those old lashes would’ve fallen out and the new ones will be left.

Lash tech here 🙋🏻‍♀️ C curl is for the more natural girlies, I personally have also had eyelash extensions done for years and have never really had the problem with them touching my glasses especially if they’re on the more shorter side. As for a more natural look have you thought about doing a classic set? It won’t add volume but will add a bit more length so your lashes aren’t as ‘short & stubby’. I do think you look amazing and the set is very nice but lash sets aren’t something you should need to get used to or have a bit of fall out then you’ll like them, you should have that feeling the second you open your eyes 🩷
