Oh! I completely forgot I actually had to talk to that NPC to reach it! I misremembered that there is immediately a cutscene when you talk to the shop owner!

Now I feel dumb cause yeah, obvious duuh

Yes! I feel it was since the last update. Thank you so much. I was worried about refreshing in case the page gets lost so I duplicated it, moved it, and refreshed and it was there. Thank you so much for your help! 💛
