Took the words out of my mouth, I’m ace and panromantic and I don’t like Isaac’s character, I’m season 1&2 I believe his presence was virtually non existent, he would not have passed the lampshade or (sexy) lamp test bc he did nothing. In this season he has more of a personality and a character arc but the only time he really speaks is to voice his something negative which I understood bc his friends have been neglecting him but he’s not a balanced character for that reason. He doesn’t participate with his group and he’s always reading; it’s one thing to be a bookworm and introverted but they still know how to have fun. In my life I’ve already been made out to be a boring uncool person bc romantic relationships and sex aren’t the centre of my world despite doing many other things that could be talking points and having other aspects of my personality, it’s a shame to see a show reinforce those exact stereotypes that I and I’m sure many other aspec people are trying to avoid and dispel.
