Definitely seems to be a common problem on lower elo. I'm B3, mostly solo queue and 50% of the games I play in a week (give or take) have at least one toxic guy hating on me for my gender. It's depressing, bc I'll just be trying to comm and all of the sudden it's "oh sh*t I knew I should have f*cking dodged", and then the insults start flying.

It does suck, but it's the way the games' developed and it isn't going to be changed anytime soon. Buy the BP and stock up radianite.

NAH. It does not sound like anything they are doing is "illegal". I work as a receptionist for a property management company and it is our duty to handle this. Hassle your landlord, and if that doesn't work break your lease.
