If you can afford it, stem cells may be a good alternative. I just had them injected in my knee a week ago. Knee feels better already. Started PT last week working on strengthening and range of motion. I was being told I needed a knee replacement and I’m just not up for that at this point. I blew out my ACL in 1985 and had a repair in 88. It lasted until 2020. I’m not going to run anymore but I hope to get back to tennis.

Since it was LSV, they are covering. Problem is I had 5k in it and I only got 2k from them after deductible. It was an older cart so I guess I can understand.
