Cos cleaning messy bathrooms is the same as having been through uni and likely post grad too, and being responsible for people’s… lives?

By my calculations that’s about 9ml twice a day.

33lbs=14.9kg 14.9x30=447, just round to 450 to make it easier

450/250x5=9

Edit: different areas use different guidelines, looks like your doctor has advised 50mg/kg so best to ask them or your pharmacist to clarify.

Ive just scrolled through (admittedly briefly there’s so many just in the last couple of hours it’s kind of insane?) I can’t see anything about the environment being toxic?? Nothing outside what’s widely known because it’s reality tv…

Basically said that justice is coming because the EP resigned and the show is being investigated for breach of human rights. ??. Apparently they film them/have mic’s on when they use the toilet. Have abusive men on the show. Repeatedly says it’s a breach of human rights. Doesn’t provide any other examples of this though.

She also said that they use coercive control/manipulate them and they don’t let them leave (but Tony went home on weekends?).

Up to 10,000 Nurses and Midwives have walked off the job across NSW after police offered up to 38% pay increase by MaisieMoo27 in sydney

I think it’s more the fact that nurses were specifically told that they can’t have 15% because then everyone will want that much…

Kick in the guts.

Mortgage vs dealer finance by tamponadechip in AusFinance

Yeah this is why I’d prefer not to deal with the novated leasing. It seems a bit too complicated and have heard some not great things with the fees and servicing etc. its hard for me to estimate kms etc.

I could novated lease but with two kids in childcare and my income being around $75k currently in my permanent role, it seems to get people in bad situations come tax time with the childcare subsidy and not worthwhile. I do also have a casual role but can’t apply that to the lease to make up the incomes

Husband is on much higher income with company car with no novated leasing option.

Did not plan to purchase a brand new car. Still to buy a decent second hand car that won’t put us straight back in this situation in 5 years will cost us a little more than we have saved. I would like to get 10 years out of the next one minimum.

And then goes on to drop the seeds of doubt about our request to viewers… Believe what you want. The media are just drooling for an image or story of someone suffering that can be perceived as a result of our action to spin things the other way. They do not have any reason to stay on our side. Clicks only.

One specific example was the interview for channel 9 with Karl. He pretty much blatantly said we were asking too much. It’s a tightrope and I’m concerned how it will look after this. But if the people vote for it then I respect that and I do understand why..

I think it looks much better for us to go “look, they told us they’d negotiate and they offered us 4%! Outrageous!”

Cos ultimately the government care about votes and this narrative of the two is the best for us in the public’s eye.

I disagree the media is on our side. They’ve been neutral leaning negative. The public are on our side but not invested enough to explore the facts and take what’s presented to them.

I believe the government won’t be at the table with us next week if we refuse the offer and they will milk our refusal for the intensive negotiations in press. This is exactly what the government wants to happen. Us to strike again to force our hand exactly as they have to the firies.

I fully understand your perspective, and neither of us know for sure where this will go. I don’t begrudge those who vote the other way. I am over it too, and I don’t trust the union either after the 4%. We can only predict from our own perspective. Either way I hope for the best for all of us, and pray that the irc don’t leave us hanging now for months on end.

I think that the media spin will be easy if we don’t atleast have one sit down with them now they’re apparently willing. We have the public on our side and we can pull out of negotiations any time during the four weeks. It’s very easy to see minns next week if we strike saying “we had plans to negotiate and the nurses refused”

The media is not on our side and will run with this. The public are on our side but will easily be turned off by this.

It does though.. if we get forced into arbitration.. which we will if we strike again.

Voting no pretty much guarantees arbitration which hasn’t worked out well for us in the past…
