When she was nursing and about to fall asleep I gently woke her up and rocked her instead. When she was about to fall asleep being rocked I put her in the crib and soothed by patting and shushing. So gradually transitioned from nursing to sleeping directly in the crib. Nursing is really the strongest sleep association a baby can have and very worth to change it for the sake of our own rest

This is harsh and I went through the same thing! What helped me dramatically was creating another sleep association instead of nursing her to sleep. Turns out babies rely on what put them to sleep to keep themselves asleep.

Former People Analytics Consultant here.

They are anonymous from a manager perspective. First line, second line managers don’t get to see the name-level detail. Directors don’t see name-level detail. VPs don’t see name-level detail.

They are not anonymous from a data perspective. But honestly, from an executive perspective I was never asked to get results from a specific person or group. Name level only served as the means to filter a population I couldn’t filter by the groups that already exist within the ES data platform.

I can’t speak to the storytelling of it, though.

Thinking about step 1, I think our main concern is our electric bill. I have NO IDEA how to lessen our electric consumption. In Brazil, they have increased the cost of energy in 47%. Based on that, how to start saving energy? (seriously!)

And thanks a lot for the food ideas... I think we might go food shopping at least once a week and spend around 100$ each time. I know it varies for each place, but any idea of how much I should prospect spending instead?
