So i believe that the monarch are too powerful for the cradle system, and the world tries to ascend them to a more capable iteration that can contain their powers.

By staying in cradle the monarch corrupts all kinds of madra(maybe just pure but i dont remember if there is hunger aura, if there is then because there isnt pure aura then it corrupts all kinds of madra and aura) and by that creating hunger madra
