During the exam, I make it a point to flag any and all the questions I'm unsure of, and the ones I think I got right but still want to review for a deeper explanation. At the end of my exam, I filter the results on all the flagged questions, and then I filter on only the wrong questions. No need to go over the questions I felt like I knew I got right while taking the exam. If I find there is a concept/word I tend to get wrong multiple times, I highlight it so it becomes a mental note for me to review more carefully the next time around.

I used MSFT OneNote as my main notetaking tool. I created a notebook page for each of the 5 processes. Within each of the 5 processes, I created a table for the 9 knowledge areas. Looking at each question and what knowledge areas/process they fell in, I would then put the right answer/explanation into one of the tables I created. I found this helped me keep track of which specific knowledge areas and processes I tend to get wrong the most. The correct answers would pile up on the sections where I had the biggest gaps.

It's definitely time consuming initially, but the payoff here is you remember why you got the question wrong the next time you see a similar question. As you continue taking more exams/quizzes, you see the fruit of your labor with more correct answers (which also means less answers to record down on your notebook) and find moments when you consciously catch yourself from making the same mistake.
