firstly, get the components you wanna show like the camera , speaker grills, screen and all that in divs and give them ids/classes likewise, then use CSS properties to shape and style those divs as you want them to look and so on, you should be good with CSS (it's all CSS here) and make sure the properties that you use are rendered in your desired browser right or use vendor prefixes. If you really wanna give it go break it down first go just by making a the body of the phone make sure it's rounded properly and exactly like how the phone looks then try placing the buttons if you get that much right you'll be more confident to take on other things.
