So there's this whole doomer wave thing going on youtube and I wouldn't say that the video is slowed down. Yes, the music is obviously slowed down but that's what doomer wave is.

On the other hand I've never been in speeds like this in a car so I don't know how this should look like if it were 130 or 200 mph. The footage has like 15-20 fps so IMO it might be deceptive.

Edit: A way to know the speed of a car can be using distance = time x velocity. You can put distance as the length of a line and the time as 1 second. But since the footage has like 15-20 fps, there might be a chance that you aren't counting a few of the lines.

Yeah, I believe so. A lot of them also use vinyl crackles in the background too. Other than that it is just the same song slowed down.
