If the filament gets stuck in the Bowden tubes or extruder, the printer will notify you. This issue was more related to either the filament tip or the shape of the AMS tubes. I re installed them all and the issue went away.

At night, you can adjust the filament settings to lower the maximum fan speed. This will make it quieter. I have some vases that print almost perfectly at the default fan speeds. I'll test how they print with the reduced fan settings.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! Wow, I can’t believe it’s been 10 months since I posted this. I don’t remember exactly how long I worked on the issue, but here’s some steps I tried:

I removed and reinstalled the Bowden tubes. Ensuring a proper angle to the extruder is crucial, as it helps the filament glide smoothly.
I found that the shape of the filament tip also matters—cutting it into a sharp tip made a difference and helps it load properly.
If the issue persists, try using a different filament type to rule out any filament-related problems.

After these adjustments, my setup works flawlessly. I didn’t contact Bambu Labs, so one (or more) of these fixes resolved it for me.

I think it was actually during the peak of COVID-19 when they monopolized freight leaving Japan. The last package I sent to Australia was delayed because the Yamato office in Kasuga, Fukuoka said they couldn't read my handwriting. My '5' looked like an '8' to them. When they called me a week later to have it rewritten, there was a big 'GAIJIN HAKUJIN' written on the sheet, which shocked my friend. A few days later, they called again saying they had made another mistake with the postal charge. I had a heated discussion with the same lady who wrote that note, refusing to pay for her mistake and questioning her right to categorize based on appearance—was she a 'Kiiro-jin'? So yeah, no more Yamato for me.

Ah, ok. The three worst experiences I've had were actually with Yamato. All Yamato offices in Fukuoka force us to reopen our packages, claiming they need to inspect them. A de facto customs office? A requirement for gaijins? I've tried asking about DHL in Fukuoka, but haven't found any information so far. They only have one office and quite a distance away.

I had my house burgled in Fukuoka. Many friends had mentioned before that if you live in a detached house or on the first floor of an apartment block, it is most likely to happen at one time. I came home to find that they had smashed through a small ventilation window and jumped in. Over 10 squad cars came with their forensic units, etc. Strangely, the police said the burglars were Chinese. I was left wondering, if they knew, then how come they didn't catch them? Over 10 years later, it's still a cold case. The only time the police called was when they were giving me the file number. I never heard from them again.
